This one-hour session will introduce therapists to Emotional Freedom Techniques— more commonly known as EFT or “Tapping”—a remarkably powerful tool for changing mood, mindset and behavior that is being used all over the world. Participants will learn about ways EFT is being used on different therapeutic issues, hear about the many research studies showing its effectiveness, and practice a simple tapping routine for stress. They will also find out where to go for in-depth trainings and certification programs to add EFT to their own practice.
