Sandra Labastida, LCSW

I believe in treating every individual with respect and compassion. I strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and empathic environment for individuals seeking Immigration evaluations. I work closely with clients to help assess how immigration can impact one’s mental health. I am a bilingual Spanish speaking, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I obtained my Bachelors of Arts in Human Services and Spanish from Millikin University, and my Master of Social Work from Aurora University. I have interned and worked in foster care, Chicago Public Schools, residential and community mental health. Working with unaccompanied minors, immigrants, refugees, and DACA recipients for several years has allowed me to gain knowledge on sociocultural factors that impact one’s own experiences.
