My Style
My style with clients is very interactive, warm and supportive. My goal is to form a genuine connection with each of my clients through warmth, attuned listening, direct feedback, and humor. I am a very active therapist and am highly engaged in the therapy process by providing reflection, feedback, and concrete skills. I love my work as a therapist and I am constantly amazed, inspired and humbled by the changes that I see my clients make in their lives. Many of my clients report experiencing change that is beyond anything they believed was possible. To be witness to this change is a gift.
My Specialities / Area of Focus
While I work with a multitude of issues and concerns, my particular areas of expertise are treating anxiety, OCD, relationship issues and couples therapy, life transitions, depression, and grief and loss
