I strive to create a safe and open environment which is very important to develop an effective therapeutic relationship and to initiate the healing process. My Specialities / Area of Focus
I have experience providing therapy for children, adolescents and adults who present with but not limited to anxiety, depression, anger management, family/couples issues, ADHD, behavioral issues and more. I enjoy individual, group, family and couples therapy. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, Multi-systemic Therapy and other Evidenced Based approaches to help you work towards your goals. We’re human and our mental health is subject to be impacted by a variety of factors such as physical, emotional, financial issues and more. I use a holistic approach because it allows us to understand multiple entities that may contribute to your symptoms.

Professional Background
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduated with honors from North Carolina Central University. I have been practicing for 15 years. I’ve worked with individuals, families, groups and couples in the office, home, court and community setting. My experience working with multiple populations has enriched my empathy and drive to serve my clients.
