My Specialities / Area of Focus
My areas of focus and specialties include, PTSD and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, premarital, communication issues, and sex and intimacy concerns. I have training in Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman method, EFT, and am currently in training to obtain my Dance/Movement therapy certification.

Therapy is a courageous and vulnerable journey of allowing yourself to know and be known in relationship with another in a way that heals past wounds and guides you into cultivating compassion, love, and acceptance of yourself.
Professional Background
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have been practicing since 2016. I received my Master’s degree from Loyola University Chicago in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been fortunate to gain experience in diverse settings including, crisis stabilization in inpatient settings and emergency departments as well as have provided mental health services in outpatient mental health facilities. I have been practicing in private practice since 2018 and enjoy working with individuals and couples.
